Having been involved with the business of change since 1994 and qualified as a trainer in California in 2003, Mark has been running programs focusing on communication and leadership in North and South East Asia, Europe and the United States.
He started out in the experiential training realm and shifted focus after realising corporate clients required those tools to be used with more relevance and frequency in the context of their environments. Using simple, elegant and effective tools for results, Mark now trains managers who function in organisations with a matrix structure.
Focusing on encouraging effective behaviour, he continues to bring a rare blend of humour, leadership, and audience participation in his programs.
In 2006 Mark was certified as an executive coach focusing on executives taking on more managerial roles. In the current economic climate where technical skills and subject matter expertise are being outsourced, Mark coaches managers in their ability to communicate, delegate, and ensure multiple projects and schedules are rolled-out effectively.
